I wake up and straight away I am in gear raring to go for another day.

Very rare that I dont sleep through so I am totally refreshed before I hit the shower two minutes after waking up. No cat naps during the day either. Life is for living so I try to live every minute that I am awake.

Am normally rudely awoken around 04.00am. Sometimes manage to get back to sleep so in which case can be up to 2 hours before I decide to 'stir'.
