Blue Pens????

Where have all the blue ink pens gone???

Nearly every pen seems to have black ink. (I only notice this because I prefer writing in blue ink).

Perhaps black ink is cheaper to produce than blue!!!

I have two Parker pens, one black ink and the other blue.

I have no problem buying refills in either colour.

I have no problem getting any colour, but I have noticed that an awful lot of forms have now got to be filled in with black ink only. Guess who can only find a blue one when this happens lol.

Not talking about the actual lovely fountain pens, but ordinary biro's.

I saw an ideal novelty pen for someone, but it had black ink, and although the person I was buying it for would probably not have minded in the least, it put me off!

I think with forms they tend to photo-copy easier in black. Can't understand the lack of space to write in required information!!

I'm never short of a colour as I also have two other pens which are very useful at times - one has blue, black and red inks and the other one has blue, black, red and green.

I read it that way too and had to take a second look!

Maybe there is a lack of demand as black ink is easier to photocopy? And I think if you are signing anything legal, they ask for it in black ink.
