Jury duty is a public service and people should really be glad they even considered for it, better to be judged by one's peers than a dictatorship, or a religious Hierachy history tell us that, does it not.

Yes, I have twice. Once at the Old Bailey (fraud trial), and once at Kingston in Surrey. My wife never has been called. I say its because she's an unsavoury character!

no, i haven't because I believe they're all guilty. Hang them all and let God sort them out.

Yes, four times here in the States; served on two juries one civil and one criminal case, excused twice. A civic duty, but very disagreeable.
