As far as necks go Rhian, I must say that is one of the best necks I've seen for ages......Perhaps a gentle massage might help to firm things up.....And it might help your neck too....

I can't see any saggage but if it comes to it, there's always photoshop The blur tool can be very useful.


I did hear that standing with your legs slightly apart and laying your hands flat on the floor is good. It doesn't cure a saggy neck but it sure looks good.
