I'm a tea drinker, and I have moments frequently ...don't think you can blame them on the coffee!!

All this talk about coffee has urged me to dig out the old percolator, it's simmering now, . . coffee drinkers who like good coffee, . . if ever you see one of these types of percolator buy it, they're far better than electric ones coz you can adjust the heat on the gas or electric cooker.

My fave coffee is Bewleys Explore Java number 6, a bit strong for some but I like it with single cream and lots of sugar.

Oh god it's lovely, . . you realise that with all the caffeine in fresh coffee I'm hanging from the ceiling just now, . . I'm typing with my toes.

My brother lives in Italy and many years ago he brought my parents over one of their coffee pots.........it made excellent coffee.



Is yours anything like this Nero?

This is the one we have Mags, I looked at the one you've posted a few years ago but it only holds a small amount.



It holds 4 large mugs.

It's a Prestige, Morphy Richards do an electric one very similar.

Coffee only. Never black.

Don't drink tea unless I'm ill, in which case I have it black and can't touch coffee.

Neither with sugar.

That looks exactly like the one we used to have! Discarded it after my Dad died when I moved as I no longer drink coffee.

I remember those Nero ....... I used to love listening to the plop plop as the coffee percolated up into that little glass knob... ........ and the aroma was gorgeous!

The whole house is smelling lovely with it.
