Sugar

What sugar do you use if any ? . . I love natural brown cane sugar, it makes even instant coffee taste warm and mellow, Tesco's stock Billingtons natural cane, it's the one I like best.

Refined white sugar's not got the same taste IMO, . . brown cane can be used in cooking too so give it a try you'll be impressed.

Re: Sugar

We don't use sugar, the only sugar I have here are the little wrapped ones you get with tea/coffee when out and about, I save them for my walking companion who likes them in her coffee.

Re: Sugar

I use brown sugar too Nero. I use it in coffee and tea. Much prefer it to the white!

Re: Sugar

I rarely use sugar as I drink my tea plain and almost never bake. I pick up those little packets of the brown cane sugar at the Starbucks in my supermarket and use them. The dipping sauces I make for dim sum require a little bit of sugar, and I too think it's better than the refined.

Re: Sugar

We don't have sugar or bake. I do have one Sweetex in my one cup of tea a day.
