Given the ridiculous cost of modern armaments, a European defence force makes eminent sense if it is allowed to work.
There's already a European defence force, Devo. It's called NATO. The only thing that's not working with NATO is the fact many EU member states, who are signatories to the NATO pact, do not fulfil their financial obligations to it.

NATO should have been disbanded in 1995. Since then NATO has been part of The Problem in that it has tied a number of countries to be obliged to assist America in its illegal military adventures.

Didn't cummings decide to buy into oneweb company, spending 500 mln of tax payer's money? Only to find out the company was bankrupt in the usa, and produced satellites that were not suitable for surveillance and gps.

And to think the EU system galileo is almost up and running. And the UK invested in that.....
Global britain is going it alone.
