Boring places

Where is the most boring place you have been to.
For me it was a small town in Holland, so boring I can not think of its name.
In general I like Holland.

Re: Boring places

Hospital waiting rooms can be a bit boring but since the kindle even there isn't bad any more.

Re: Boring places

At an airport having to wait three hours for your flight .... there's only so many times you can walk around the departure lounge.

Airports, I've spent must my life waiting, either at security or checkin. I take at least 25 return flights a year, so why do I still have to have my carry on bag search after it's been through the scanner?

Re: Boring places

There is a place just a few miles from us (we leave by the sea) called Southwold. It is extremely posh and upmarket. The beach huts there cost as much as a house. It's so posh that some of the locals didn't even want an ice-cream van around or a chippie. It is the most boring seaside resort ever.
