Driving to Exeter today and there was a diversion in place due to a road closure (Actually it was only half a road closure)So after following a diversion, getting stuck in lines of traffic I started to wonder why the road was closed off; So on the return journey, drove straight past the so called road works.... but not a workman in sight. Just a big empty road which could have been opened.

Enough they get splattered with dog poop from irresponsible dog owners much less have to pick up human crap .
This is an ideal jobs for prisoners .
Especially AHs released too early such as that Choudary character -no that really is too good for him .
Why can't prisoners earn time off by doing this job for free?
I take part in our village litter picks and I can tell you it's no picnic even for a little rural village .
Climbing down into ditches and retrieving beer cans and other rubbish that irresponsible jerks have thrown from their cars !
