The EU Level Playing Field is a Con Trick

Excellent article here by David Collins who debunks the myths around the so called "level playing field", state aid rules and how the Euro violates international banking rules.

Collins can well be right in his argument that the level playing field is not required, for whatever reason. However, what he omits in his treatise is that both signatories to the WA and the PD have signed both documents, and therefore are bound by it.
The UK was not forced to sign either document. As a sovereign state it was the prerogative to do so.
However, there may be a valid reason why they now protest. The british mp's either didn't read the documents, or didn't understand them. In either case, the UK was not match fit when they endavoured on the brexit adventure.

The PD is not legally binding and the WA is repealed at the end of this year.

If that were remotely true, collins would not have bothered writing this little treatise on the subject.

Honour is about feeling the need to keep one's promises. The PD was signed by boris and sanctioned by the HoC.

If the WA is going to be repealed, why bother to amend parts of it, like frost now seems to try. If it is repealed all provisions made in it would turn void. https://www.theguardian.com/politics...d-drink-debate
However unlikely it may seem to you, but you are wrong.
