Re: Brexit doom v Preject fear

[QUOTE=Donkeyman;1758447
Surprisingly, the bbc this morning actually showed both sides
of the argument on the early news! so maybe the negative
feedback the bbc has been suffering is having an effect??[/QUOTE]

I believe that if the political will should extend to removing the existing public financial support for the BBC (the TV Tax), that corrupt organisation will exhibit a sea-change.

Having to compete on equal ground, and being forced to use advertising, I believe they will suddenly realise that they now require public support.

If people don't watch their biased crap, their advertising revenue will dry up.

We should get Boris to put scrapping the license fee for the left wing, remain biased state broadcaster into his manifesto.

Re: Brexit doom v Preject fear

Hi

There is a lot of disinformation around at the moment.

Boris wrong to claim there are "Mini Deals".

There are no such deals.

Long before Boris became PM the EU unilaterally announced some temporary measures to ensure that No Deal caused as few problems as possible for their exports to the UK and the supply of just in time components from the EU to their manufacturers based here in the UK.

Simple as, all to their benefit not ours.

They can alter these at any time they want are they are in any event time limited.

The EU are not stopping any of their producers selling to the UK at all.

The EU producers will have to any Tariffs applied by the UK.

We have already published, before Boris became PM, our WTO Tariff Schedules.

The EU will simply have to pay the same Tariffs as any other Country which we do not have a Free Trade Agreement with.

We have issued a very low schedule of Tariffs and reduced our non Tariff Requirements, such as Inspections.

These will apply not only to the EU but to every Country in the WTO.

The EU are applying there standard WTO Tariff Schedules and Non Tariff requirements to all things imported from the UK.

We are treated the same as any other 3rd Country under WTO Rules.

In short, the EU are looking after themselves.

It is all a matter of who blinks first.

The effects will not be known for years.

The BBC are having a field day today!

How kind of them to have a complete day of:

"How a No-Deal will impact this country"

Wow! what a golden opportunity to be the mouthpiece of Project Fear for a whole day and pretend it is not biased at all and just doing a newsworthy item.

Of course, tomorrow they will be doing another newsworthy item all day, this time called

"The positive aspects of leaving without a Deal"

Don't hold your breath!

What positive aspects are those then?

Wrong, the news item is: brexit, and what to prepare for.
They simply tell what to prepare for, and how.
It is you who defines the effects to prepare for as disastrous.

If the effects would be highly beneficial for people and outweigh the disadvantages, the item would suggest how to get optimal benefits of brexit.

Can you tell me how you and others can get maximal benefit from brexit? How does your knowledge of brexit give you a head start on remainers?

Hi

I am still not convinced that things are as rosy as Boris says.

If we are not ready, it is entirely our fault.
