I'm in a good place now, one different decision could have changed all that....All my decisions were taken after plenty of thought. Except the decision to start a 40 mile run at midnight in the pouring rain, in the pitch dark, and hundreds of miles from anywhere.......

I hadn't realised that with the heavy rain, the stream I had to cross after 5 miles had turned into a raging torrent and I had to go a couple of miles out of my way to cross it....
