British gas (they must be joking)
We were due ti have our boiler serviced under their home care plan 3 days ago but heard nothing. Today booked for a service Which can't be done now until November.
So lodged a complaint Just got this reply

We’ll try to handle your complaint quickly but if it’s a complex issue we may need to take some time to ensure we’ve covered everything. We’ll be in touch as soon as we have an update and
aim to take no longer than 8 weeks to resolve your complaint.
To resolve a complain takes even longer than getting an engineer out to do the service.
Someone please tell me they are not employing morons at British Gas
