Duck

They were going quack cheap in Waitrose yesterday, use-by date next week, so we bought one, roasted it for two hours. And it was very tasty, but we still have most of it left over.

I don't know what to do with it.

Leftover chicken I might warm in a white sauce, but don't think that will work well with duck.

Any ideas?

Re: Duck

If the cat behaves himself, he might get some of the skin.

Re: Duck

What about smothering it in Hoisin sauce and making some wraps?
