Football fans in Marseille

What's it all about? Why do they do it?

As if there wasn't enough for authorities to think about. It's shameful

They don't fanny around, those French police, do they?
One whiff of trouble and they go straight in, no messing; out come the dogs and the tear gas...bet those hooligans got the shock of their lives!

It's no more than they deserve Ruthio.

It's only a game for gawd sake, or am I being naive?

They are not true fans just thugs. However this never happens with rugby fans, it seems a football endemic.

Re: Football fans in Marseille

It was the French fans that started the trouble, the English fans were reacting to that

Can't believe their stupidity ... I'm assuming the French police and security forces already have enough on their plate ensuring the safety of the whole event.
