One was a bloke who owned a care home . Paid his staff minimum wage to look after 25 old folk . He refurbished his own house with beautiful furniture, then put all his old furniture including beds and bedding etc etc into the care home and claimed the new furniture back on his business as expenses .
Another care home went into liquidation and all the people owed money workmen builders etc etc lost their money and after midnight the care home opened in another name. Hence no debts as it was a limited company
So where's the problem? No, really. The object of going into business is to make money. Any other priority is a guaranteed loss.
Loss on what you could make, or more often business failure.
