Having picked a fight with the Doctors, are the 'nasty party' now targetting the Barristers for another fight???

The 'little' man won't be able to afford to get justice.

Re: Bar Council

Hi

There are some things which I do agree with, there is nothing as annoying as seeing the obnoxious little grebs continually pleading not guilty to things they plainly are guilty of and the taxpayer picking up the bill.

They should be charged the full costs of the court and their solicitor should only get paid the fee they would have received for a guilty plea.

Re: Bar Council

Why should a solicitor not get paid for their time?
It's not the solicitor/barrister advising them(the accused)on what to plead.

They don't know if the defendants are guilty if the defendants plead "not guilty"

Yes indeed and the government seem to use these approaches elsewhere. Criminal Barristers take on cases according to the " Cab Rank Rule " which is suppose to guarantee even the most odious individuals a fair trial. Or even some Fascists who may have at times posted here??
