Article 50 doesn't see on conditions to leave, only arrangements to end the membership.
This opens up a wide scale of possibilities, including one where the EU and UK trade on wto terms, or even not at all. That is up to trade negotiations, and as you know negotiated trade is the bread and butter of the EU.

Paragraph 2 states clearly the EU must provide the country leaving the union a description of the future trading relationship.

Barnier hasn't done this and is breaking the laws of the lisbon treaty

Oh but he did. He and boris concluded on the political declaration on the future relationship. Oh sorry, you hadn't realised that? You still have a lot to learn bread, a lot to learn.

Here is a quote from it (art 17)

Against this backdrop, the Parties agree to develop an ambitious, wide-ranging and balanced
economic partnership. This partnership will be comprehensive, encompassing a Free Trade
Agreement, as well as wider sectoral cooperation where it is in the mutual interest of both
Parties. It w
ill be underpinned by provisions ensuring a level playing field for open and fair
competition, as set out in Section XIV of this
Part. It should facilitate trade and investment
between the Parties to the extent possible, while respecting the integrity of the Union's
Single Market and the Customs Union as well as the United Kingdom's internal market, and
recognising the development of an independent trade policy by the United Kingdom.
