Hi

Yep, however, what good would it do?

It would be hugely expensive, need massive investment in upgrading the roads to get to the tunnel and the fuel costs and time would be more expensive than the existing ferries.

I think the money will be better spent on a project like this than HS2.

If the tunnel was starting near Stranraer as the link suggests Scotland could be an independent country before it even started.
