IMHO it's looking like the EU do not much like the peoples of the Asian subcontinent.They certainly don't much care for Africans as their attitudes towards those crossing the med clearly demonstrates.
It's building a not-very-nice picture of how the EU stands on racism, isn't it?
As the extremely low number of BAME members of EU institutions already suggests.
