Susiejaegar needs help.

Below is a message Susie sent to me on facebook.

She is locked out of this forum. Can anybody help her please?

My password has gone missing and I can't remember it, I have tried about 10 times to re-set another password but won't let me do it, I've also tried re-joining the site, although it has done that I still can't get on there because Moderators have not taken my old one of.

I did get in touch with the Moderators but Meg said to re-set the Password which I have done so many times and still not working..

Poor Susie.
Let's hope Admin sees your post and can help her, Carol.

Can't she re-join the site using a different e-mail address? I don't know what her present e-mail address is, but she could create a gmail address (free!).

Not being subversive, but perhaps a means to an end.

Re: Susiejaegar needs help.

Most forums operate a system where Admin will send a locked out member a new password by e-mail ... and then once you do manage to get into your account you change it to something else, known only to yourself.

Best of luck Susie ....
I'm sure Azz will sort it out for you once he reads this thread.

It can be ... wracking your brains for that elusive password

Tis a lot simpler and quicker for Azz to do it from his end.

Then either save the new password in a file somewhere or immediately change it to something you can remember.
