I thought he was planning to step down anyway after the referendum.
I can't see a successor calling an election in the autumn, they know they'd lose.

Who knows, but if he does get kicked out he'll have got what he deserves.
A weak attempt at gaining concessions resulting in nothing at all. Then overtly lying in his 'scare campaign'.

Be careful what you wish for.

Cameron is an amiable, incompetent buffoon.

It is the far right of the Conservative Party who are after him, his successor could be infinitely worse.

As far as an Election is concerned, there have been comments by some MPs that if Cameron goes, they could have an Election and get a bigger majority.

That just shows how out of touch they are with reality.
