Re: Cameron and Farage Live 9.00PM ITV Tonight.

Well having watched the programme it was 'no contest' for me the convincing replies came from Farage.

I say that not as someone who had already made up their mind but going into the debate from a would be neutral perspective.

Agreed. And Cameron showed his true cowardly colours by refusing a face to face. He KNEW NF would batter him.

I'd strongly suggest you apply for a job as a nightclub comic...

Re: Cameron and Farage Live 9.00PM ITV Tonight.

Cameron had more time on his replies, than Farage.
the presenter didn't stop him abruptly like she did Farage
Cameron didn't answer ONE question.
it was all the same message from him, a mini political broadcast every reply he gave
Very clever answering The Reform question,( proposals he says)
and funny, He needed a paper prompt which he looked at every time he took a swig!
He said nothing that he's not said EVERY DAY, about the bliddy economy, jobs, trade etc.
He said NOTHING that would even make me think about changing my mind.
so I think you can guess which way all three of us are voting.!

I see the programme had the usual hecklers. They ask a question then speak all over the answer. Very annoying and they really don't get their point across.

That sort of thing does my head in also Longdogs.
But I think maybe they are just copying certain presenters who do exactly the same thing.
Going out for the day soon, so pushed for time, but.
For me, Farage won the debate, and he handled himself rather admirably.
Vote for Independence Day.
Vote Out!

Going out for the day now, but if I had time to post a decent well thought out reply.
You just did it for me Purdy.
Thank you.

I'd rather have seen Farage and Cameron head to head
It seems Cameron is not keen .............

Re: Cameron and Farage Live 9.00PM ITV Tonight.

Even this snippet from the BBC website isn't balanced!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/video_and_...lines/36474619

It showed Farage being aggressively challenged by three members of the audience and not his full replies,
Cameron was shown being questioned by two members of audience in a deferential manner, and his response.
