Complain Roxy???????? I think not! the practice is so busy and overun with patients, it wouldn't take much to be shoved off the patients list for complaining about anything.
Honestly, I am not slow in complaining normally when something is wrong, but when it comes to health here ,I know when to keep my mouth shut and say nothing. Once upon a time we had several different doctors surgeries, but unfortunately they all closed and are all operating under one roof at the medical centre.

No, I think I will try to change my method of ordering repeat prescriptions by going online, at least there is no-one there to cross-examine me!
