Re: The [sometimes] illegal immigrants in Mexico?

I think many of us do not really understand the modern role of royal families in various countries - Mary princess in Denmark for example. They appear to be very rich and lazy and have what we don't. But that is simplistic - the royal family in UK IMO perform valuable duties all over the world and I personally think provide a sense of history; security and comfort to UK and the rest of the commonwealth. The yanks can never ever understand the functions of royalty in their lives because they've never been part of their history

Re: The [sometimes] illegal immigrants in Mexico?

In parts of America there has been a wall for years.

Think with Trumps Wall The Dems(Labour scum in the UK) are blocking the Money for it and any way they can

Was listerning to A Mexican MP (Mexico has also build a well)who stated that they have deported over 200K Central Americans this year who entered their country illegaly.

We are lucky we have 22 miles of water between us and theses ***** but they still try.

PS a fact?? maybe but stated is that 80% of the women crossing the boarder illeagly to America have been raped as they tried it and not by Americans.

Think a wall might cut down this abuse.

Correct. "The Wall" will seriously cut down on all the sex trafficking. Around these parts, young girls , ages 11 -16 , are kidnapped in Mexico (by Mexicans) and sold to Hispanic gangs in America. Seriously, this is a BIG problem.

Galty, just now noticed your post. I meant no insult. sorry about that. However, you need to realize that Americans do not believe in any form of "royalty". After all, they are not gods.

Moreover, far, far ,far worse things have been said on this site against Trump. You, yourself just said. "All the moronic POTUS you have elected".

It's a two-way street, Galty. If Brits object to a minor rebuff of the "royals" then they need to stop bashing our leaders.

Peace, brother.

Yeah, there will always be the odd duck in any group. I should have said, 99.999 % of Americans don't believe in royalty.

Some people will do ANYTHING for money and fame. Meghan is now set for life. Even if the marriage should break up, she'll walk away with millions.

oh you mean all those yankie leaders who when they 'call in' to little old UK and see the PM - they just can't help themselves [Trump] being the latest of 'popping in' to see old mummy - paying homage to their history perhaps?

and here's another little snippet of history since you seem to be interested in it in general?

At the time, author Charles Mosley described the interaction as "astounding," and told CNN: "The big deal is that the Queen is an almost sacred person. In monarchies there's a sacredness that surrounds the sovereign, which is perhaps not known in republics.

Oh, thank you very much for allowing me the privilege of thinking and speaking.

Bow and curtsy all you like. I think you'll find that Americans don't bow to anyone. We got rid of that archaic nonsense, July, 4th, 1776.

In 1812, once again, British royalty tried to impose it's will upon us. Once again we had to teach the crown that we are not servants to be pushed around.

If you think that Americans are in any way awed by so-called royalty, you are very much mistaken.

Get it now?
