The price of Austerity

The scumbag 'nasty party's' austerity policies have led to a collapse in the improvement of life expectancy. To achieve these statistics it will mean more than 1 million people will die earlier than normally expected.

Hi

Still much better than your Communist Countries.

There is an added bonus as well.

No need for ladies to give blow jobs to Local Party Officials to get a job near home.

That is the reality of life UJ in the former USSR.

I know too many Polish Babchas, all saying the same thing, for it to be wrong.

You also say say you would never carry an ID Card, but that was Compulsory.

Yes UJ i also believe austerity had a lot to do with how people voted for brexit.
May broke her promise of sorting out the injustice of attacks on the disabled and unemployed, and are still getting away with it today.

But Corbyn is not the answer we need another choice and soon

Re: The price of Austerity

I have to say that I didn't believe this, Life expectancy cannot keep growing without tapering off eventually but I looked at the World Bank figures and there is a definite wiggle and slow down in UK figures compared to other OECD countries. Looking at the graph however seems to show that the slowdown predates the austerity measures, doesn't it?

However the USA has had a bigger slow down considering in 1975 that the life expectancy at birth for all three countries was about the same.

At least it shows there is always someone worse off than you.

Re: The price of Austerity

Some professor was saying the other day that life expectancy has to level off at some point because the human body does have a "best before" date, which would seem pretty bloody obvious to most people. However, if it satisfies some sort of inane, unrelenting pathalogical need to give you an excuse to use as another senseless attack on your less than favourite people, then I don't suppose we could expect anything less of you.

Re: The price of Austerity

I found another life expectancy graph regarding age so I entered mine(ish). Here is your life expectancy if you make it to 70. Once again there is always someone worse off than you.

Apart from the relative cost of health care there is probably a genetic aspect to this, my father had been dead two years at my age (if you can make sense of that) but my grandfather with his remaining one WWI lung and a 40 a day Senior Sevice smoking habit was a year older than I am now when he died.

Nonsense. That might be true of our great grandchildren but currently there is no evidence for that at all.
