Bacon and egg with sliced fresh tomato on toasted wholemeal bread, no butter or marge but have been known to put a scraping of low-fat spread cheese on the toast. A breakfast in itself.

That sounds far too neat & tidy Judd. Whatever happened to biting into it and the sauce squirting out all over your shirt.

Don't put brown sauce on mine, it masks the taste of the bacon. I'm not paying for premium dry-cured bacon and not being able to taste it, may as well buy some `basics` stuff instead.

I went with toast. And it was nice. Not had it that way for years.

Ever since, occasionally, been having bread but found it a bit too bready.Perhaps thinner slices may have helped.
