The Joy of Getting a Haircut

It's the simple things you miss during this lockdown. Finally got sheared today at my old fashioned barber shop. Oh deep joy!!

I had my precision hair cut today....I feel a different person. so pleased with it.

It was probably the fact, that because of the straggly state of my hair, I felt obliged to enhance the size of my tip, hence the lack of merriment!

Personally I think the last time I went to a barbers was when I was in Broome a few years ago on a two month trip.

Normally I just get out my clippers, put on a #2 spacer, stand in the shower cubicle and spend several minutes zooming the clippers over my whole head, beard, hair... the lot!

Repeat performance about a month later.
