Posture Aids

Having used a computer for over a year now and tried various cushions to make myself more comfortable, I am now at desperation point.
I've been looking at a seat cradle designed to support you, around £35 - and also a posture chair around £70.
Fed up with wasting money on products so thought I'd ask if anyone here has tried these particular ideas .....

Re: Posture Aids

Yes that's what I did too, a laptop sitting on the sofa is much more comfortable I find. I do use a posture control brace though so I don't slump over it too much as I tend to get stiff neck and shoulder if I do.

Re: Posture Aids

I use a laptop and put it on a flat book, to keep it cool, and the book on a cushion on my knee so it's elevated, it does help, Patsy.

I use my laptop siting on the sofa too, I have a laptray with a built in cushion underneath so it's comfy

Re: Posture Aids

How about sit on a sofa all comfy and use one of those lap trays with legs to keep the weight off you ?

Re: Posture Aids

Sorry, Patsy, no help there then. What about Julie's idea? Sounds as though you wouldn't have the weight on your legs with that, any good?
I will have to google seat cradle but don't think I know of anyone who's had one, although quite a few I know have strange contraptions to enable comfortable surfing.
