Accepting old age?

Well there ain't any sweet way to state this ... I'm getting old. I have been a sportsman in my time but I now have to accept I'm too old to carry on as I have been doing. In a way I find it liberating: no more running 2x a day; no more getting dehydrated and drunk so quickly. I think the next period of my life could be very productive and satisfying in a way my previous life hasn't been.

You going through a belated mid life crisis too?

Hi Mark, wondered where you'd got to lately.
No point worrying about getting old, we're all going the same way - just at different speeds.

Just remember this, a lot can happen whilst you are thinking.
