Perhaps made of recycled materials - many of the plastic items coming out of China can smell nasty due I guess to the recycling process and some of the impurities left behind. Buy cheap and put up with the pong! (The new Pong Dynasty)...

Dunno Carol! Don't think so. I've put it away somewhere. I put in a lavender scented sachet, which can stay.
