It all depends on the type of tile you want as well. If it has a pattern in it even just ripples , how much cutting needed- how flat he wall is ( it may need another level coat of plaster on it) - if you have to remove old tiles first.
We recently had our bathroom tiled plain white with a blue band around it and talking to the tiler before hand and at the tile shop they said don't get tiles that had to be put on in reverse" what ever that means, but apparently harder to lay so cost more to have done.
The other thing is there going to be edging tiles as well?.
So go get a sample tile to show the tiler what you intend to have put up. As for what ours cost I can't say as it was all done within the whole bathroom estimate refurbishment.
Also the blue band we had added it depended on how wide that was as well.
