Twink, You know l have a friend that helps me with the garden and the house but he’s not a toy variety and he’s more an old codger than a boy!

Try looking for a new one then... you don't want one who says " I can't do the garden my back hurts".

Thats how I met my previous girlfriend. She used to mind my dog for me while was at work and after work during the warm summer months I used to go round to collect Slick my dog and we would end up drinking wine in her garden and chatting.
She used to wear little shorts and strappy tops and I would ask her about the plants in her garden, mostly about the ones where she had to bend or stretch to show me the foliage. We lived started living together a couple of months later. 😁

One advantage of living in a house or flats is climbing stairs for exercise.....
