No : only for the reason is that it is far too slow. Otherwise it would be fine for my quiet little neck of the woods.

Bbbbbut..!..IT's very cute and all that but 26 mph?? THat 40 kph - 20 kph under the speed limit here..and that's top speed? Personally I think that's dangerous unless everyone else is driving the same car. Sorry I think it's a toy. I love electric cars and I want one when I can afford it but not that.

There is something similar driving around in my neck of the woods. I don't think it is a European car and I am not sure if it is electric or petrol as I haven't had a chance to look closely at it. It would fit nicely in the tray of my ute.

It's a modern take on the French anachronistic oddity, the Voiture sans Permis. You don't need a licence to drive one and they have a maximum speed of 28mph. Losing your licence in the UK through a fondness for alcohol can be catastrophic, not so in France where you just go and buy a VsP and you're back on the road albeit slowly.
