Are you wearing a face mask and if so why?
Lately I have been seeing short video clips done by the BBC, WHO, the NHS and other medical specialists with advice to the public on the need to wear a face mask. They basically all say the same thing which is unless you are ill (the mask prevents the spread of your germs when you cough or sneeze), you do not need to wear one because the virus is not an airborne virus but a human to human transfer virus.
If that is the case then why is there such a whoharr about the NHS needing face masks? If a patient coughs or sneezes, a face mask is not going to protect the NHS worker, only a full face respirator will do that.
At the moment we constantly see pictures of many of people involved in helping the NHS wearing face masks. Therefore, if the advice being given to the public is to not wear a face mask due to how the virus is transmitted, why are all those involved in helping the NHS and the NHS themselves wearing face masks..i just don't get it. There must be something I am not understanding here.
