Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Morning, In a foul mood today. All the new turfs been torn up by those bloody magpies. They won't stop and it's doing my head in. Unless I sit outside all day they are at it. It's as if they watch n wait for me to pop into the house and as soon as I do they fly down. AAARRRRHHHH

They say that after the flood comes flowers...

But our case (here in Florida) it usually means humidity and snakes

Hope you have the former and not the latter!

Morning Surfer, waiting for the flowers now lol.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good afternoon all. Hope your turf is managing to root Roxy. i need an eyelash tint as mine are very fair. Not sure when I will go for that. I don't like mascara, feels very heavy but that might be me not applying properly! It has been another sunny, hot, day. Out this morning then decided, yet again, I would go shopping. Ended up at a (fairly) local store and then I saw queues at a couple of others so came home. I have worked out that it is the fact that I have to plan where I'm going these days, instead of jumping into the car and going where the mood takes me. i have arranged to go for tea in a friends garden tomorrow. Wow, out socialising twice in one week! Have a good evening. Take care.

Morning All, Lot cooler here today so had a comfy walk with the Hairy One. That new Scottish Tory Leader is going to get a rude awakening soon, and he'll get his comeuppance at the Polls next year. He's a walking Gob and the laughing stock of FB at the moment.
Wonder if they will come to the big towns or find another wee island to hide on like Doris did.
Well am away to inspect my lawns and see what those blasted magpies have been up to while I was out. I could cheerfully strangle the wee wretches.

Good morning ladies. Beki I've had my eyelashes tinted before. But wont fee better till I get eyebrows and top lip waxed as they are still quite dark. A quick tidy up and then going to the local market which started a few weeks ago.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good evening all. Thanks for the link Roxy I hadn't heard that clip. Janey is such a tonic. I always turn to her when I need a laugh. Met a friend for tea in her garden this afternoon. It was great catching up & sitting in the garden for several hours was a pleasure. I'm afraid I have done little else all day. TV is absolute rubbish tonight, as is usual on a Saturday. Even the repeats that I normally watch during the week are on their (at Least) 4th showing. I could act most of them without a script. Have a good evening.
