By 9.58am, I had had my bath, been to Sainsburys for a Bite Sized Breakfast, and had been working for an hour.

Up, dressed and shaved by 9:15 A.M. because there were things that needed doing. Even on a quieter day, I'm usually presentable by about 9:45 A.M.

12.15pm and just got up. Been working last night.
Shower now then relaxing in the garden this afternoon with a book.
I think I deseve a chillout day after four days at the gym working off my holiday excesses!

At 9:58am I was up, dressed, had breakfast, put washing machine on, cleaned the bathroom and was in Sainsbury’s at the checkout paying for my shopping.

We are up at six, Himself for work, me for the Pool, we have breakfast around 9.30am when we both get back home. Then it's dog walking for me and the bed gets done after, that along with a few other things before noon.

I was up, showered & dressed, pills taken, breakfast bar eaten, hair dried, coffee drunk & ciggy smoked, before 9 a.m. as my Daughter picked me up at 9.30 a.m. & we went to Newton Abbot. She has the week off work.
I don't usually get up this early in the week, I usually stay in bed til around 9.30, then potter around & listen to the radio 2 quiz, before getting washed & dressed.

I was up around 7.30. Had a mug of coffee and browsed the forums & facebook - played scrabble online etc.

About 9.30 I felt like resting so I lay down on the settee in my computer room & read a book.

Tony got up at 10.30 am and after he'd been in the bathroom I decided to get dressed & showered about 11.00 am.

This is quite a regular occurrence unless I'm going out somewhere.

Oh - and we made the bed.
