I've been using google calendar for many years now (8? or 10?) ... I can see where I am on any device in any country at anytime. It's never let me down; plus I get email warnings of tomorrow's events.

Can it be backed up?

Calendar data can be offloaded to a ZIP file which may be loadable on to MS Outlook.

Nothing I've looked at is very modern - all the apps seem to be over 2 years old - but I'll keep my eye out. I'm sure that millions all over the world are doing the same thing .....
