Obviously this case has nothing to do with 'political stunts' as Mr Ball calls it but more to do with thwarting Brexit once again, I mean there are a million things that MPs could be accused of lying about, it's what they do best so why pick on this one?
Personally I hope Mr Ball is thrown out of the court.

Our honest, highly professional, legal professionals will, at last, be able to make a little money.Maybe this will all take the place of those adverts for recovering money from banks etc?
I can see it now:-

HiI am hopeful that whatever the outcome of the case, it will encourage all Politicians to be more careful in future about what they say.
They have treated us like idiots for decades with their ridiculous claims and statements.
Rather than prosecuting Boris it would make more sense to make all Party Manifestos and Party Political Broadcasts subject to the Trades Description Legislation.
That would be fun.
