Up early this morning - 6am (as usual) - to attempt to get el beasto up and running. Worked a treat . Swapped the hard drives over and did my little alteration - as in previous post - and low and behold el beasto is now active.

El beasto is a bit noisier than my previous server - the power supply makes a bit of a racket - but tis bearable and I can still chat on the phone.

The lights flickered here this morning I bet it was the beast firing up and draining the national grid
