Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Managed some washing - lovely day for drying it. Early Church, then back home to do a few jobs and make sandwiches. Big tea party at our Church this afternoon for the folk walking the Kilvert Pilgrimage. Annual event, they visit four of Rev. Francis Kilvert's Churches on a long trek over the hills.Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Its lashing down here , cant say I'm sorry, its nice to be cool .Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Has been pouring here too, but stopped now. Seriously slow broadband and after complaining a long visit from the BT engineer this morning. Poor soul was half drowned but eventually found the problem underground 150 yards from the next farm entrance up the road! Impossible for him to put right so now we're awaiting a visitation from a man with a digger!Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Warm sunshine here at the moment, we seem to be missing the heavy rain. Tesco has been so fridge is fullRe: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Heard some of that on Radio 2 Jac while grandson and I were on our way to pick up the laundry. I reminded him of the day we went to Swansea on the train and down to Mumbles on the bus - and he had a whopping icecream on the pier! (We managed to find an icecream today too!)
