Yes - it's a shambles. JC may hold the correct views, he may be more in tune with the dispossessed and so on but is he competent enough (and that's a high bar to pass over in national politics) to win a short-notice general election against a Tory party led by (probably) Boris and with a 52% level of support for Brexit?Re: Labour-the fallout from the referendum.
It is a difficult one. I voted for Jeremy Corbyn in the Labour Party leadership election primarily because he did oppose the EU. Now I have no faith in his spineless liberal leftism. On the other hand, it is pleasing to see the backs of the Blairites like Benn who would clearly be much happier in the Tory Party.
