April Fool Stories.

When I was at school our very long suffering teacher, a lovely lady, came into our class room in fear & dread at what we were going to do to her. Every April 1st.
We had her as form teacher for 3 years.
Some things we did, childish, but we were kids.
Match box on desk with a motor in it, it vibrated when picked up.
Glued her desk lid shut.
Booby trapped cupboard so when she opened it things fell out.

Others I can't remember, so what did any of you do for April Fools Day?

A friend of mine once spent the whole morning dialling wrong numbers from her work phone after her colleagues had swapped the number keys around, from 1-9 to 9-1.

I got well and truly caught out this year. Nine of my Grandkids turned up for a roast dinner!

My personal best is when i posted this photo of a partially leucistic crow on a wildlife website stating i had rediscovered the Northumbrian Magpie crow thought to be extinct. Quite a few were caught out and it was a while before the penny dropped.
