I am not surprised SZ is closing, it got rid of all the decent discussion areas then banned members who didn't play nice!

Found a dingly dell, built the shed with all mod cons, snooker table, dartboard,
free bar, and copious snacks (no horse burgers) proggy (clippy) mats so no shoes reqd, no ornaments or things that need dusting.

Shall sneak out from time to time ninja like, to see wots going on in Over fifty land.

I'm not from SaggyZone (have never heard of it) but an escapee from another very well known site. All I will say is that on this one, I haven't once felt I need to don my combat gear with full face shield just to join in with things

The correct name of the forum is 'Saga Zone' run by the Saga company.

I wonder if some of my sparring partners will make it over here, that should be fun?

Btw where does it actually say SZ is closing? I couldn't see any notice to that effect when I looked in on the forum just now.

Are there any other ex SZers on here? I loved the forum and was gutted when it was shut down last week. But I am delighted to have found this one! There's nothing like talking to other people of your own age group!

I used to post on SZ. I was fed up when they stopped the cut and thrust discussion boards, and expected everyone to play nicely!
