New thread marking system
Hi all, as discussed in another thread - we are trialling the cookie-based thread marking system
Now, when you log out or leave the site for over half an hour, everything gets marked as read up to that point. So when you come back any posts shown as unread should be new ones since your last visit
and get reset again when you log back out or leave the site for over half an hour again 
We'll give it a few weeks and see how you get on with it - if the majority of you prefer the old way we can revert
If you want to reset your counter and mark everything as read - you can click here to mark the forums as read.

I liked the old one better...if I don't have time to respond to all in my Control Panel, they are gone when I come back on, and I have to hunt for them. But will go along with the majority decision ......
