Rupert Murdoch And Jerry Hall Get Engaged

I wasn´t sure where to put this, but I suppose Murdoch is "political" enough.

Media mogul Rupert Murdoch and Jerry Hall have announced their engagement.

Mr Murdoch, 84, and his wife-to-be placed an advert in the Births, Marriages and Deaths section of the Murdoch-owned Times newspaper.

The notice read: "Mr Rupert Murdoch, father of Prudence, Elisabeth, Lachlan, James, Grace and Chloe Murdoch, and Miss Jerry Hall, mother of Elizabeth, James, Georgia and Gabriel Jagger, are delighted to announce their engagement."

Mr Murdoch reportedly began seeing the former model and partner of Mick Jagger last summer after they met in Australia.

Miss Hall, 59, was born in Texas but has lived in London for some time.

Her marriage to Rolling Stones star Jagger took place in Bali in 1990 but was later declared invalid by the high court.

The engagement between she and Mr Murdoch was decided during the weekend.

A spokesman for the Murdoch family told the paper: "They have loved these past months together, are thrilled to be getting married and excited about their future."

I used to like Jerry Hall, but for her to marry that scummy ratbag - well I do think she's (a) made the wrong decision, (b) cerainly gone down in my estimation.

You should have heard the 6am news this morning.
I was listening to the news on Radio Nottingham. The girl
reading it out came to this subject and as she was talking about
it she started giggling and it went on then all through her telling
the story.

She later said to her co-worker that she found it
funny and apologised for laughing about it. Made me laugh anyway.

Having a long memory about things. I remember Jerry getting
married to Mick Jagger on some Island on the beach.
This was for the kids she had with him. When he decided he
didn't want her and because of another 100 women he had
got laid with he said that the marriage was not legal. This I am
sure was because he would have to give her half his fortune.

You cant imagine someone who is worth about 100million squid or
more being a skinny b---------d can you??
