That is wonderful news and I feel nothing short of admiration for people who are clever enough to think of these things and they are, imo, one set of real heroes in society. I wish them well and a speedy move forward with this.

So wish we spent more on things like this than wars seems so wrong to be killing people when we could be helping others.

You're right there Julie.
I wonder if these evil, power-mad warmongers were very different from other children when they were growing up? I don't believe these traits suddenly develop after adulthood.
It's similar to some murderers who always showed cruel or violent tendencies even as children.
