Re: What's your favourite food?

OK - what's a "headcheese"? I suspect a round cheese, like Edam or Gouda.

Re: What's your favourite food?

No, it's brawn. Made from a cow or sheeps head with other bits and pieces and boiled with onion, pepper and can be served cold or room temperature. Like lunch meat. Never tried it...sounds as nasty as haggis!!

Re: What's your favourite food?

It's a delicacy, like blood & tongue loaf. It's an aquired taste if you grow up in a German household. It's getting harder & harder to find. I only know of one store, Four Seasons, that carries it in Portland, OR and it's $4.50 for about 6 slices.

So could I

We have Stuffed crust Pizza, with Garlic Bread and Wedges every Saturday night I'm a good girl the rest of the week, so that's my weekend treat!

I suffer with IBS and pay for it after eating the Pizza, but it's well worth it LOL
