Hi all! Getting chillier every day, only 9℃ (47℉) when I got up, it's all the way up to 11℃ (51℉) now a bit after 11 am, heavy clouds, but the howling winds of yesterday are gone. No rain expected. Winter is inching closer .... No mail today! I got my gin and vermouth yesterday, am all set for a bit. All's quiet, no news. Pasta with Italian meatballs tonight.

Oh Barry, what chaos! But worth it. Bob have you heard the increase in Medicare costs will eat up most of our SS COLA? Bah! DL, home made shortbread, oh yummy!

Was supposed to be a better day today with sunshine-didn't turn out that way though-rather miserable with odd spots of rain at times.

Usual sort of day today, walking, household jobs and then a trip into town to the bank...nothing too strenuous for me today!

LOL, merz, I don't do strenuous any more! Actually, I worked rather hard this afternoon on line: ordered some nice new bedsheets, and an African violet plant ....and added a few items to next week's grocery order as I thought of them.
