Out early today to get to the hairdressers. May my mum would have a 104, its her birthday next month. I always say Happy Birthday to my family who have passed away. Abbey good cure for a cough, take heed Myrtle. Mile lucky you getting home made soup and cake.

Good Afternoon Folks. Ditto weather here. Bags of sun but a bitter wind - that seems to be getting up. I should continue with the jungle clearance (weeding flower beds) this afternoon, but I could easily be put off doing that for another slightly warmer day. Assuming we get one of course!

Back from Galloway forest park . Had a lovely walk there , the weather couldn't have been nicer . Saw a red squirrel too which was lovely . Luckily it managed to get up a tree before my whippets came over to say Hello !!
Didn't walk so far as I would have liked as my poodle is just not able but what we did was lovely .
The Costa coffee and scone after was a real treat too .

Did the housework and shopping and it was nice to get out in the fresh air. Also bought some fat balls for the birds and had a look round the local shops.

Jess , I feed the birds with fat balls at the forest where I walk my dogs . They are eating loads just now with the weather getting colder I think . Will have to stock up again soon as well !
